Best Practices for Electronic Documents

There are multiple applications on the UJS Web Portal, most notably PACFile^®, where it is possible to upload electronic documents. Importantly, for both practical and technical reasons, not just any document can be uploaded. Consequently, best practices have been developed that define the ideal characteristics for these documents.
